Does anybody know anything about EOP? Seems a little bit disturbed...

I had a final presentation about NDE. It's a former reid and country wide split off, that now runs a thrift mortgage bank hybrid. Fiancials and strategy are very solid.
The stock is currently undervalued. I expect about 26% appreciation. However, they already started to suffer from the real-estate-bubble-burst-fear.
I bet we could pick up that stock at maybe even under 40 bucks but lets see if there are any news soon...
